I have 2 pairs of gyrator boards for sale. They are fully functional ( I tested all of them in a 6e5p driver at 200 Vpeak to peak) and stuffed with my best selection of components:
- Top MOSFET is IXTP08N100D
- Lower FET is:
- Pair 1: BSN20BK SMD MOSFET for currents above 20mA
- Pair 2: CPH3910TLE SMD jFET for currents below 30mA – a great replacement for the now EOL BF862
- Gold plated 2mm connectors and plugs
- 470Ω 0.5W TAKMAN Metal Film Resistor for RMU
- 10Ω 0.25W TAKMAN Metal Film Resistors for current measurement
- Russian NOS K40Y-9B 100nF/400B Paper in Oil (PIO) Capacitors
Not planning to build these for sale as is time consuming to build and test the boards, just have 2 spares and decided to put these out there for the ones who don’t have the building experience or equipment.
